Who we are and what this policy covers
Minecore is a brand operated by Groupe Altis Holding Inc. We serve organizations in Canada and the United States, with a presence in Laval, Quebec, and Miami, Florida. This policy covers minecoregroup.com, contact inquiries and the measurement tools described below. Client platforms and deployments may have their own privacy notices and agreements, depending on the organization responsible for the information.
Privacy officer
Thierry Bijou, CEO, is the contact responsible for personal-information protection. For an access request, correction, withdrawal of consent or complaint, write to hello@minecoregroup.com. Please use “Privacy” in the subject.
Information collected and why
Contact: your name, work email, organization, selected area of interest and the message you choose to send help us respond and discuss your project. Technical information: hosting and authorized measurement providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, dates and interaction data to deliver the website, diagnose problems and measure usage or advertising.
What happens when you use the form
The form prepares a draft in your browser. It does not submit your entries to a server. Opening your email application prepares a message; you decide whether to send it through your email provider. If sent, Minecore receives the information in that message. Do not include patient records, financial credentials or confidential operational data in an initial inquiry.
The AI assistant
When you send a chat message, its content, recent conversation context and a random session identifier are transmitted through our website to the existing n8n orchestration and AI service so it can answer. The assistant uses public website information and does not have access to your client systems. Do not share sensitive or patient information. Messages may be processed outside Canada and retained in service logs according to provider settings. The conversation is masked for Clarity; our analytics events do not include message contents. To keep your conversation available as you navigate, the recent messages and a random identifier are stored in this tab’s session storage with a 30-minute inactivity expiry, checked on page load. Page and section searches can run locally; AI answers send your question, recent messages and the current public page path to our service. Starting a new conversation clears this browser conversation, but does not delete provider logs. Contact our privacy officer for an access or deletion request.
Providers and session recordings
Google Analytics 4 measures visits and declared interactions. Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session replays; the contact form and its draft are masked. Meta Pixel measures page visits and selected interactions with your advertising consent. Our defined events do not contain your name, email or message. Authorized providers may receive technical connection data and identifiers. Hosting, font delivery and email services also process the information needed to deliver their functions. External portfolio links are governed by the destination’s policies.
Information processed outside Canada
Some providers may process or store information outside Québec or Canada, including in the United States. Information may then be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. This website does not promise exclusively Canadian hosting. For a client platform, the hosting region, providers, access and transfer conditions must be addressed in the project’s data arrangements.
AI and client platform data
The contact form does not send its contents to an AI model or use them to train one. The separate chat assistant sends the messages you submit to the AI service, as described above. The animated M-Core illustrations do not analyze personal information. For an AI implementation, the permitted data, model providers, use restrictions, retention and human review must be defined for that deployment. This website’s cookie consent is not authorization to use a client’s operational or health data.
Retention and safeguards
Contact information is kept for the time needed to handle the inquiry, the business relationship and applicable legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized as appropriate. Provider retention depends on the service and account settings; contact us for details applicable to your information. Cookie preferences expire after 180 days. The site masks contact fields for Clarity and limits the fields in our measurement events. A client deployment requires its own access, security and retention arrangements.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the applicable law, you may request access to and correction of your information, withdraw consent, ask about its use and disclosure, or request deletion or a portable copy where those rights apply. Some information may need to be retained for legal reasons. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity before responding. Requests and complaints can be sent to the privacy officer.
Canadian privacy framework
Applicable rules depend on the organization, the activity and the information involved. They may include PIPEDA and provincial private-sector laws, including Québec’s private-sector privacy legislation as amended by Law 25. Public-sector and health deployments may involve additional requirements. This policy describes this website’s practices; it is not a certification of every product or deployment.
